We are happy to announce that the prestigious magazine Harvard Deusto Business Review has run in his July release our Change Management proposals for the current pandemic times.
Fruit of our experience and research, in the article we develop a conceptual model and one concrete example of a company intervention that contributes and improves the connection among the establishment of anti-COVID-19 security measures and the improvement of the work-related stress; as well as it seeks an increase of efficiency or productivity.
