FALCK SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES THE K2CM PROGRAM

Throughout 2020, Taga has accompanied Falck VL in facilitating and managing its exponential growth process from the Change Management perspective.

Framed in the Keys to Change Management (K2CM) program, multiple and holistic contents relating to Change Management have been worked, as well as emotional and relational intelligence. Also, in the workshops, we have carried out activities and dynamics to cement and integrate everything learnt.

The central axis of the program K2CM has been the building, writing and commitment by the Coordination department (essential for the development of the business) to a Relational Agreement that aims to be incorporated in the organizational culture of Falck VL.
